Pepsi Blue was announced in May 2002.[1] It launched in mid-2002 and discontinued in Canada and the United States in 2004, although it remains available in the Philippines.
I didn’t get a hit on Google Shopping (just for expired stuff for that brief time they brought it back in the US a couple of years ago), but you might be able to figure out a way to get ahold of it from the Philippines.
