We had a brief chance to elect Sanders and we failed. Hillary gave us Trump.

The only humiliating thing is that the US still gives Israel money.
Californians are the only people in America that have more representation than someone in any other state.
This is false. They are extremely under represented in the Senate, and the House scales with population.
The senate exists to maintain an artificial balance and make sure that only the approved things are actually voted on. That is why popular things like marijuana legalization are never voted on.
House Republicans would ban school all together if they could.
China could take Taiwan very quickly because it’s a tiny little island.
I assume you have little military knowledge. Personally I don’t make claims like this at all because I know the limits of my own knowledge. If China were to attempt to take Taiwan it would be devastating for both countries. War is absolute shit, many civilians would die, and what would China really gain? They’d gain being on America’s shitlist which historically is terrible. Be careful with statements like these, they’re the same ones I read right before Russia invaded Ukraine.
They also eat jumping spiders, which is why I kill them.
Also why doesn’t this disqualify religious organizations from tax exempt status under 501c3?

non profits do a lot of good
I don’t think it’s that simple. I think we should get rid of the status entirely. There are plenty of nonprofits that don’t do good.

Because states would still get a voice at the Federal level with the House, not directly and disproportionately, but rather through their population who are the ones who create value.
I think we agree to an extent, but I now believe that we should end tax exempt status completely. Remove (Title 26, Subtitle A, Chapter 1, Subchapter F - Exempt Organizations) from the U.S. Code entirely. There are too many convoluted exceptions, and it generally doesn’t benefit citizens to pick and choose who pays tax and who doesn’t depending on what they do.
imply deceptive intent
Nope, it’s simply an instance of an argument which erroneously limits what options are available.
think of yoga or mindfulness studios, plenty of which are 501c3
They shouldn’t be tax exempt either. If they generate profit, they should pay tax on it. Subsidies are used to benefit specific activities, and they are easier to investigate for fraud as to whether the subsidy is spent as intended.
Absolute horseshit take.
Nope, that would be definitely seen as religious persecution. Only way is to equally end all religious tax exemptions simultaneously.
That’s interesting, how would that work? If a political appointment was recalled, there would need to be another vote right? I think it gets pretty muddy, what’s to stop bad actors from immediately voting to recall the politician they didn’t want to win?
That is covered by “Abolish corporate home ownership”.
Yea, for all the people who think the senate is necessary, here you go. 2 senators per state is why we have to deal with this bullshit.
Good, we shouldn’t be paying for people to build houses under water and in wildfire zones.
