People have been making that point since the thing was created and yes IMO the No Fly List really is un-American.

The correct response to someone claiming something is propaganda is to go find more sources for more and separate incidents. If you can find multiple sources showing that a situation has happened multiple times then it stops being “propaganda” and starts being information.
At this point I have a pile of independent sources documenting multiple different incidents that support my understanding of the situation. I’m still open to counter evidence but so far you haven’t provided any.
That’s a fair point, but what you are talking about isn’t a “VPN”, at least not as they’re commonly known and understood. Please remember that my response was directed to a user whose comment boiled down to “Get a VPN, that will solve the problem.” A regular VPN will absolutely not the solve the problem.

90% of them wouldn’t give a single shit if the ATF was only shooting black people over the laws they created specifically to oppress black people.
Federal Gun laws weren’t “specifically created to oppress black people.” Some State level ones were but the Federal ones apply to everybody and Conservatives have always hated them and the Agency that enforces them. The undeniable fact is that Ol’ Whitey hated the ATF before BIPOC folks even knew that the 2nd Amendment applied to them.
This idea that literally everything from laws to the reactionaries who are against them is racially motivated is one of the dumbest fucking things to appear online in the past decade.

Yes. The BATFE is a clear an present danger to every American and has been for a very long time.
I feel like I should say that a VPN isn’t a magic bullet. Even if its configured correctly to totally obfuscate the data and the final endpoint of the traffic it’s still blatantly obvious that a VPN is in use. Given that the CCP monitors all of this stuff it wouldn’t surprise me to learn that if you run a VPN long or often enough without providing stating why that it’ll either end up blocked or you’ll end up in trouble.
This can happen when the PoPo roll up with a warrant and decide to just barge in without announcing themselves. I’m not saying it happened like that in this case but there’s plenty of examples out there.
Do not trust the BATFE or their version of events. Ever.
The firefighters had the tools, presumably necessary in order to open up a Gun Safe or three.
Also considering the ATF it’s quite likely that they just accused him of doing that and have no real proof. It’s happened before.
Conservatives have been hating on the BATFE for decades. They don’t hate them because “they shoot white people too” they hate them because they are a bunch of thugs with badges who run around violently enforcing unpopular laws, many of which they create themselves.
It’s why they refused to seat a permanent director for 16 years and continually starve them of money. There was a strong push during the Trump Presidency to abolish the BATFE and fold their duties into the FBI.
Conservatives ain’t great but you’re wrong about why they hate them.
The “No Fly List” is unconstitutional garbage. The list is secret, you can’t get the fuck off of it, and it’s absolutely riddled with errors.
I applaud SCOTUS for not allowing the Federal Government to retract Fikre’s listing and then claim the issue is “moot” to avoid a potentially unfavorable ruling.
The No Fly List needs to be de-invented. Immediately.

Aww man, you were so close to having it figured out. It mentioned that in an off handed way because it left you, the reader, with an impression of what was happening without having to get into the details. Why would they do that? Because said details don’t line up with what you’ve been talking about.

Oh. No leaking reactors, no leaking primary or secondary cooling systems…most of the problem was with their holding ponds and there were some valve failures.
Now none of that is good but it’s a FAR cry from the “leaking reactor” narrative that you seem to have.

That hasn’t stopped other studies from defining “kids” as people all the way up to age 21.
It’s a common tactic used to create scary headlines and twist the discourse.
How did they come into the country initially?
They show up at the border and claim asylum. That’s it. Once they make that claim the US lets them in and places them in line to meet with a Judge who can either grant or deny their claim. The problem is that right now those Judges have a backlog of 6 or more years.
