Yeah, you have a point. I was thinking about requirements for impeachment which is related to removal from being in office. I think the SC majority got theirs wrong and the minority is right. But they don’t want to be part of judgements, ie their job, at least part of the time.
Fraud by itself may be enough to disqualify him from office.

Obviously some analysis is going to be subjective, but you can’t just half ass evaluations. If you are doing an eval for someone to take in a child and doesn’t eval the “someone” themselves, probably an issue there.
Re:Foster families intervening: Sometimes that is best as it can be way more stable for the child. There are a lot of factors that need to be weighed in matters like this and it should involve testimony from the foster family as well as many other factors and people. Sometimes the foster agency is not doing their best at their job. End of the day should be to put the child first. Not the biological or foster parents or someones reputation.

This is actually Medicaid, not Medicare. Medicaid is often used to cover premiums and copays for Medicare for lower income individuals including people dealing with cancer and such though.
That is the better approach. If Nvidia had done that as the first though, they would be getting a “they are making it look bad on purpose” response. That would be worse than the, it only work on nvidia hardware, response from users. With Microsoft working on a D3D12 upscaling approach, every hardware provider will have a standard interface to make it look best on their hardware.
That said AMD does need to get an AI upscaler. The difference in quality is to great to hand write. At 1080p native it doesn’t matter much as most look pretty, but at higher resolutions, ie 4K, the difference is massive. And it would be best for them to have something ready for futue PS6 and Xbox next.
From what I garnered this is revenue, not profit. Also comparing the companies to Apple, FB & Microsoft is not really a fair comparison. I know it was the Valve employees doing this. Probably a better choice would have been something like a restaurant chain or store like Walmart.
I am not really sure what ATSC3.0 brings that 1.0 doesn’t have besides the codec features. I doubt it adds much on the bandwidth side.
This seems a lot more rational than some other closings where you hear about hundreds closing. Closing a few, but possibly replacing some of them with their smaller stores. Sound much more proactive than some closings we hear about.
