Don’t worry, it won’t be the first time I’ve fought someone over some margarita

This reminds me of that episode of Seinfeld where they get a guy they know a massive TV as an engagement present but he breaks up before they get to see it in action
This is the real response.
Whenever I meet someone who’s hyperfixated on something as much as I am hyperfixated on my things, I’m really excited to listen to what they have to say because if someone can be that obsessed with it then it must be interesting in some way (that I just hadn’t noticed).
Well it clearly worked for the guy in the picture
Tfw you focus desparately hard on not freudian-slipping
Does it smell a bit like tar, but sort of dusty? I was in some old buildings in strong sunlight and I never knew if what I was smelling was the tar-infused wood (ok) or the asbestos cement roof (!!)
You’ve smelt it? What does it smell like?
Now there’s a beast I need in my house
This sounds interesting, I am actually studying an engineering subject. I’ll have a look if something like this exists in the UK too
Nice. Yeah it’s the second situation for me. I’m studying in one place but I want to live in a different place
Hmm I guess. How many hours did you have to do this a day to scrape by? Did it get too repetitive?
True, I’ll look into this too. Do you think it’s a good idea to ask the employers how much downtime to read etc. there would be when applying, or is it better to keep this to myself?
Ooh this is a great idea! I might even be able to get into a university library because I’m student age.
Thanks for all this info. This is all very useful for me to know.
Where did you find these jobs? Were they just on normal job sites or is there a different method? (I’m in the UK but I imagine this will all be pretty universal)
You are too humble for this world
