An alternator can’t output full power when the engine is idling. You may only get a few hundred watts before the battery starts draining. You can get a generator that will produce much more power than a typical car alternator for under $400.
A car battery shouldn’t be discharged at all. They are meant to supply a short burst of power and then be charged back up again.
A deep cycle lead acid battery can be used to run an inverter. They can be discharged to 50% capacity while still providing hundreds of cycles. If they are used for a backup and are not cycled frequently, they can be discharged to around 80%, but they will provide a lot less cycles.
A LiFePO4 battery is definitely the better choice for anything that needs to be cycled frequently though.
My computer contains much more important information than my phone and there certainly isn’t any parts pairing BS there. I would never trust any biometric authentication alone for securing sensitive information. It’s good to use in addition to a secure password though.
That’s a rather large area to cover with a single router. You will need multiple access points if you want decent speeds.
That works well if you can get signed up. Keep in mind that you can’t change the location one you sign up though.
Just don’t do anything on it that will get copyright complaints, they will likely terminate your account if you get one.
I have never trusted AI. One of the big problems is that the large language models will straight up lie to you. If you have to take the time to double check everything they tell you, then why bother using the AI in the first place?
If you use AI to generate code, often times it will be buggy and sometimes not even work at all. There is also the issue of whether or not it just spat out a piece of copyrighted code that could get you in trouble if you use it in something.
The biggest difference is whether you can run a custom rom or it’s locked down.
That would be fine by me as long as they are hiding all political content, not just the content they don’t agree with.
