Best Buy has really missed an opportunity to stick it to Amazon. They own a huge amount of retail space that could double as warehouse/online order fulfillment. You know you aren’t getting counterfeit merchandise. Returns are simpler thru walk in. You can inspect before purchase.
Instead, you walk into the retail space and they are out of everything. A warehouse should never be empty.

They’ve been bought and sold to the point that all that’s left is their patent portfolio. Their current business strategy appears to be “patent troll”. They’ve been holding industry telecommunications methods hostage instead of negotiating fair use fees.

Visit a Starbucks. They pull a gallon plastic milk jug from a drinks fridge under the bar when making drinks.
While there might be slight discrepancies between grocery prices and wholesale prices, the sheer size of Starbucks means they’d save on all varieties of milk (not just dairy) and I seriously doubt they pay 50 cents more per cup for alternative milks.
Open a grocery app. Search for oat milk, dairy milk, almond milk, soy milk. Alternative milks don’t really cost more than dairy anymore.
I don’t agree with the lawsuit, but I also don’t agree with Starbucks’ ridiculous upcharge for non dairy.
What’s absurd is that Almond, Soy, and Oat doesn’t cost more than dairy milk when you look at prices at a grocery. But Starbucks charges extra for it anyway.

It’s just you. Never had the problems you described. Have used iPhones exclusively since the original model came out.
