I don’t need to antagonize anything. The USA (or ANY sovereign nation) has the right to limit another government’s/country’s holdings within it’s own borders. That’s it. Tiktok is operating here in the USA… The USA can kick them out if they will not divest their Chinese stakes. There’s nothing to antagonize here.
