Donald Trump has asked a federal appeals court to overturn a massive defamation judgment in favor of writer E. Jean Carroll, who accused him of rape.

Fair enough, thats a difference I wasn’t aware of.

Its still how the American legal system works, and if appeal bonds are available, they should be available for all.
