The other countries in the vicinity may not have the troops to perform an active invasion. Besides, Kenya consists of mostly black people, which is what Haiti consists of, so nobody can claim racism can they? /s

I’m no cartographer, but I’m almost positive that there are countries other than Cuba which are closer to Haiti than Kenya…
