Roundabouts are on the driving test, and people are expected to keep up with changes in local law. Do a tiny bit of due diligence and don’t blame the people building objectively safer intersections.
They are not in the driving test even now in my city lol. Even if they were, we renew our licenses every like 50 years it’s ridiculous. The four roundabouts placed randomly around town are legit just hazards because people don’t know wtf they’re doing
