I’ve lived there for years, it’s endemic and sickening; people are left stranded to die because they divert money and aid to their own pockets rather than to the people. I’m honestly surprised you are defending it; if my car, bought new, stopped working through my continued usage in its first year, it would be repaired for free. A game which I booted up once after three weeks wouldn’t work… And I get told “no”. Not really acceptable. 30% fee for zero accountability and my money lost.
