Nah, I don’t buy this story at all. Their car had Belarussian plates and that border is much closer and still open. I’d even argue that the UKR/RUS border is the worst place to cross with checkpoints, mines and drones everywhere. They would’ve been safer hiding out in a random village somewhere.
The Islamic State has plenty of reasons to hate Russia, such as their continued cooperation with the Assad government and Iran, the Chechen Wars, their military campaigns in Afghanistan… just to name a few. You don’t need to be “the worst foe” to be targeted by ISIS, as many of their attacks have shown.
It’s only half a kneel, so let’s just call it eel.
Not sure about this specific model, but in older cars things like this are almost always caused by either too high or too low resistance in the wiring harness or headlight assembly itself because that’s how the car detects when a light is out.
24 years later, the name’s inherited an unfortunate irony – if you want to play Monolith’s classic FPS game, or its sequel, A Spy in H.A.R.M.’s Way, you can’t. For all intents and purposes, one of the most inventive and well-loved shooters of the early ‘00s is dead and buried, unavailable on Steam, GOG, or anywhere else, and seemingly doomed to be abandoned.

I bought Project: Snowblind and E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy for a total of 3 Euros. I’ve been replaying the entire Deus Ex Series over the last couple of months and these two games are kinda similar in nature and I’ve been wanting to play them for ages.
A wealthy investor is much more likely IMO.

The difference is that Linux generally adopts new technology because it enhances the user experience in some way, and not because it maximizes ad revenue and telemetry.
Stable Diffusion together with Controlnet. You basically feed it the text as a black and white image and provide it with a description of the picture of cats. It will then generate this output while using the black and white image as a base. It’s fairly simple to do but it can take a while to get a quality result such as this one.
I know a guy that put one of these on his 2003 Smart ForTwo.
