That permanent stone was only added in dark arisen after they removed the micro transactions. This system is exactly the same as the first game in launch.

I think you’re missing what dragon’s dogma is. The system everyone is so fake outraged about is literally exactly the same as in the first game. Like why would you buy a sequel to a game of you dislike one if the core mechanics of the first one THIS much? It’s absolutely baffling to me how this fake hive mind outrage is rampaging every game related discussion at the moment. Nobody seems to have any sort of introspective capability here.

It is douchy. The outrage however is the same as the meme with a guy shoving a stick in his bike wheel. It’s exactly the same as the first game. If you expected anything else you’ve got yourself to blame. The first game had extremely limited port crystals too. The first game also had a micro transaction item store (which everyone seems to have forgotten) which allowed you to buy more crystals in the rift store.
Fuck this game. Anyone that knew Dragon’s dogma the slightest bit knew that already. I have no empathy for the raging pre order crowd that didn’t look what they were buying.

Yeah and that’s exactly what grinds my gears about the Linux crowd here. On one hand they’re in every thread talking about how easy it is and how everyone should make the switch regardless of skill. That is until something goes wrong and the response is ‘lol educate yourself’
