Uhh the article just casually throws out there the phrase neo-nazi homeschooling network like that is a collection of words that can exist together now. Ffs.

I was just ranting to my husband about how I got tired of being polite to men* in my personal life who don’t take “no” for an answer the first time, I WILL be a “bitch” to co workers, in laws, friends etc that pull this shit. I am exhausted after years of finding 17 different ways to politely say no to a stranger who wants something from me on any given day. I am absolutely fucking done wasting time pussyfooting my words, with the men I am safe with (for whatever reason) and uh often men I am not safe with but I have been VERY lucky to have positive outcomes there. Pure luck
that is some selective bullshit
Seriously. What this tells me is that 70+ people either didn’t read the article or they just really have a thing about mixed gender sports. You quoted only the pathetic backpedalling lies he said to try to further justify his actions. BUT FIRST AND FOREMOST he said this (the man you are quoting, Sunderland, is the president)
The city-wide basketball league, Southwestern Ohio Basketball (SWOB), made the call because they believed that 11 to 12-year-old girls and boys competing against each other on the court could pose a liability risk leading to violence, even though the girls team had been winning 7-1 all season without incident.
IT IS WHY THEY WERE KICKED OUT.
It wasn’t until late January/early February that several teams from the 6th-grade division started traveling down to Kentucky to play their scheduled games, that it became apparent that the Next Level team was, in fact, a girls team.
You’re telling me it took multiple games AND teams for them to become "apparent that it was a girls team " ??? And become a problem. But only until they got far enough because maybe they wouldn’t and then SWOB could avoid PR problem all together.
this is a reminder to read the fucking article people
You might come up with a similar conclusion as me, or completely opposite. But OP is patently false and deceptive with their quote and definitive ruling on it, claiming the headline is deceptive! Fuck that.
Why are they so jokey about it? Ripping phones off the wall because you’re disappointed in dinner is not healthy normal behavior, but it is also not NEW behavior. I’m disappointed. just because the food in question allows for more humor doesn’t make that situation any less terrifying or traumatic for the wife of daughter. And that would have been their daily lives. I know we are laughing at him but it also diminishes how awful he is. Within a few days, few people, few copycat articles and eventually the only thing many will remember is the joke “haha he got upset when his grilled cheese was too cheesy!!” It’ll be like the hot coffee lawsuit
And this man is given a platform. And you know what is terrifying? They don’t give a fuck. There is no way fox didn’t know, and they weren’t scared of any real blowback. Because reality is people dont care enough about abuse for it to be a problem.
Trump is nothing to men with that kind of wealth and power. Especially one so bad at everything he does.
Nah Elon is 100% another crazy narcissist with too much money, power, and yes men.
