When I make quesadillas, I put a thin layer of this really good chipotle sauce on the tortilla before I start adding the ingredients. Plus, butter for browning the tortilla always trumps cooking spray. Finally, when browning the meat, there’s a sweet and spicy sauce I’ll put in the pan along with some honey to finish browning the meat. Adds a layer of sticky goodness.

OP, it sounds like she maybe likes you, so be honest, but not brutally honest. It’s ok for her to know you like her and were nervous. It happens. Lay off the porn, and spend some time with her. Get to know her more. Flirt with her.
If she already likes you, there’s no need to be mysterious or play games. Be a friend to her, make her laugh, but keep up the flirting to stay out of the friend zone (which is very much a thing).
I’m going to get downvoted for this, but you’re speaking truth here. It sucks that she had to find something to supplement her income, and it is certainly a problem. That said, her starting an OnlyFans page was a poor choice on her part for all the reasons you laid out, and I’ll add one more: it increases the chance for her to be sexually assaulted by either a student, parent, or coworker. Also a very big problem. I’m not saying any of this is fair or just, it’s the reality of the world we live in. Fair or unfair, just or unjust, the choices we all make have repercussions. I don’t think it’s “fair” that she needed to supplement her income with a side hustle; but she’s not the only teacher who with a side gig, and most of them don’t wind up on OF. I don’t think it’s “just” that she was fired, but the kids at the school finding that content would’ve created a giant mess and possible legal situation for the school (which takes money from the already meager pot teacher pay comes from, i.e. tax revenue). Until the problems we all agree exist are addressed (sure, hold your breath waiting for that), the current reality simply cant be ignored out of idealism.
Public restroom usability. I find myself noticing placement of hand drier/paper towel dispenser in relation to the sinks and making judgements about that. Plus I cannot stand the automatic water and soap dispensers that work about ⅔ of the time. Finally, sink faucets designed so that I basically have to have my hands right under them so that I’m splashing so much water on the counter rather than in the sink. So many poor design choices in public restrooms.

Unfortunately, it also encourages them to move their “headquarters” to places like the Cayman Islands or Ireland where they have more “favorable” corporate tax laws. The global minimum corporate tax might help, but has no teeth unless all countries sign on or all adherents agree to some kind of financial cost for countries who refuse it.
