It’s not the debt that will stop him, Putin loves owning him.

It’s the criminal charges that will stop him.

I mean, if it were other circumstances, 100%.

        But he’s under financial monitoring.

The courts will know precisely who is backing him for the bond.

        Then what?

What happens when he doesn’t make bond? Does he ask his followers to mortgage their houses?

Can he get elected on fumes? Idk. I really dont have an answer for this, nor am I willing to assume something convenient because its satisfying to the outcome I prefer.

He doesn’t need money for advertising that much since news outlets have been entirely unable to shut the fuck up about him and stop amplifying his messages for years. Hundreds of millions of free advertising in 2016 and they’re doing the same thing now.

I don’t think it’ll be Putin this time. I think MBS and the Saudi Wealth Fund will pop up and buy one his properties for market value plus half a billion dollars. It could be a Russian oligarch again, but I have a hunch it’ll be the MBS this time. He’s already put $2 billion into Kushner after all. He might as well since Kush will be worthless without Trump in office.

The thing with that is, a real estate deal of that size can’t be completed by Monday which is when the bond has to be posted.
