Kenya? As in the East African country that’s 12,082 kilometers (7508 miles) from Haiti, capital to capital?
Well, Cuba is not allowed.
I’m no cartographer, but I’m almost positive that there are countries other than Cuba which are closer to Haiti than Kenya…
The US has taken this new role of fighting proxy wars instead of full on conflict with boots on the ground.
The other countries in the vicinity may not have the troops to perform an active invasion.
Besides, Kenya consists of mostly black people, which is what Haiti consists of, so nobody can claim racism can they? /s
