It is amazing how much this film borrowed from King Of Comedy. Almost to the point of being reminiscent of Magnificent Seven remaking Seven Samurai to appeal to a wider audience.

Exactly! This is why fairy tales feature wicked step mothers.
Was really pleased to see a positive review like this amongst the other mixed reviews. Apparently the story of this game was written by the same person who wrote SOMA, which is one of the best horror stories ever IMO. Some of the jank people are complaining about seems like normal rough edges for a AA game.
GmanLives has some good takes and I often find myself aligned with his taste in games. At the same time I find his bloke-y delivery a bit obnoxious sometimes. I guess it’s his USP but personally this puts me off binging his content.
Tie between Pisco Sour and Bloody Mary. Usually a night drinking the former will lead to the latter the next day.
In terms of movies the worst offenders are remakes of foreign films for the US audience. Like the Oldboy remake was completely unnecessary and it changed key parts of the story. Funny Games was just a shot-for-shot remake of the original one!
Personally I’m finding the video game remakes even more egregious than the movie/tv remakes. I think it’s a side effect of the modern day development costs being so out of control but as long as people keep doube - and triple - dipping on games this is going to continue.
What a moron. Unbelievable that he was anywhere near US foreign policy a few years ago when he can come out with clangers like this which piss off literally everyone.
